A new video about Ilene Beal featuring interviews with her friends, classmates, and colleagues began shooting at Wellesley College today.
Produced by Sevenpair Studios, the shoot will feature one-on-one interviews with close friend and classmate Elaine Woo, colleague and foundation trustee Gina Regina, as well as her long-time oncologist and friend Dr. Jeffrey Wisch.
“The goal of this mini documentary is to capture the memories and stories from those who knew Ilene best, “said foundation trustee David Vaughn. “Ilene’s legacy, through the work of her foundation and the stories from her friends and colleagues, will help keep her spirit alive and hopefully inform and inspire a new generation of community leaders.”
When completed, the videos will be posted on Ilene’s foundation website and shown at events hosted by her grantees. The Foundation also hopes the messages in the video will help to familiarize the organizations partners and grantees about Ilene’s life and legacy.
